We tried the rest but we think Coffee House Lane roasts the perfect beans to get your day off to the best start. This high quality gourmet coffee comes from a family owned roastery in Co Waterford. Mark and his team are passionate about their product and we’re excited to serve this to our coffee loving guests.
Doherty Craft Butcher
An award winning craft butcher from Kells using local produce from local farms. You will always find Tommy's prize winning sausages, puddings and rashers on the Full Irish at Tom Blake House. Also a great source for amazing local honey.
The Hens
We get our fresh organic eggs from some lovely local ladies who roam free in the beautiful Boyne Valley countryside under the watchful eye of Mrs. Peggy & Sandy (the hen-dog)

You will always find the guest fridge stocked with brews from this local brewery. Like us these guys are passionate about craft beers.

We are so lucky to have Sheridans Cheesemongers headquarters & farmers market just out the road and are spoiled with the best of Irish cheeses, their European cousins as well as a huge range of other artisan foods including olive oils, cured meats, condiments, and don't forget the wine.

A family run farm "big on mushrooms". We are so lucky to have all these family run innovative producers in our area championing sustainability and quality.
Martry Mill
Dave's award winning brown soda bread is made with flour from this local mill, one of the few working watermills in Ireland and an amazing place to visit. James Tallon, the fourth generation of Tallon men to run Martry Mill has done an amazing job in restoring the mill and loves to give guided tours.
