Our meat is supplied by Tommy Doherty, an award winning butcher right here in Kells. He is also our delicious local honey provider!
The Full Irish at Tom Blake House is one of the best in Ireland. The sweet, fish and veggie dishes are more seasonal but we’re so interested in creating new recipes, and the variety afforded the guest is an important part of what we do here.
